Chef Marc

We are pleased to welcome Executive Chef Marc Rosen to Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch. Chef Marc comes to us with many years of ranch/hotel, and country club experience. All the way from the Rocky Mountains, Chef feels very comfortable in the ranch lifestyle and he is excited to share his culinary vision with our local and international travelers.

Chef Rosen is a graduate of the esteemed culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and made his way here from beautiful Cape Cod , Massachusetts where he raised three boys. He made his way to the wild west where he enjoys all of the outdoor activities that we have to share here in Arizona and Colorado alike!

Chef Marc looks forward to bringing  his culinary expertise to our ranch. 

Thursday Nights | Prix Fixe Menu

Each Thursday evening, inside in our dining room, you will be served a Prix Fixe dinner menu with delicious beef, seafood or chicken entrees with scrumptious sauces, tantalizing side dishes, together with homemade breads, salads and luscious desserts.

During the summer months we will be seating inside the Lodge. If you would like to sit outside just ask and we will be happy to set up a table for you.
