Join us for an intimate Southwest Dinner experience in the dining room of our historical main lodge. Chef will be serving up a delicious spread of Mole Braised Beef Short Rib Tacos, Green Chili Pork Tacos, Mexican Street Corn, Hominy Chili, Cilantro Lime Rice, and Chips and Salsa, along with a homemade dessert.

Saguaro Room Dining
At Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch, we offer different culinary experiences depending on the season, providing an array of dinners and lunches for our lodging guests.
We also offer a limited number of seats available for the public to join us for these dinners. All dinners are hosted in the dining room of our historical main lodge.

Complimentary Breakfast For Lodging Guests
Every morning in our historical Dining Hall of the Main Lodge, we serve up a hot ranch breakfast for all of our lodging guests. Our breakfast includes either waffles, pancakes, French toast, or special breakfast entrée, bacon OR sausage, hash browns OR country potatoes, scrambled eggs, assorted fruit, and oatmeal/cereal options. Our menu changes daily, and we also include fresh coffee, tea, and juice.
Deluxe Boxed Lunches For Lodging & Water Activity Guests
Lodging and water activity guests (kayaking, paddle boarding, or rafting) can pre-order a deluxe boxed lunch to take on an adventure with them or have a picnic here at the Ranch. Choose from one of Chef’s signature sandwiches, which includes chips, veggies & dip, fruit, and a homemade cookie from $15 plus tax.

Meet Chef Scott
Chef Scott Heinonen is a 1994 graduate from The School of Hotel and Restaurant Management at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. Over the past 30 years Heinonen has cooked throughout the Southwest, Pacific Northwest and Northern California. Additionally, he has attended numerous continuing education courses at The Culinary Institute of America Greystone in Napa Valley.
Most recently, Heinonen spent time as the Assistant General Manager at Under Canvas, a glamping resort near Bryce Canyon National Park in Southern Utah. He is excited to be back in the kitchen with Saguaro Lake Ranch and looking forward to guiding its culinary program to new heights!
